SUPREME JEWELERS RETURN POLICY -
Every product that Supreme Jewelers sell is inspected by our team before we send it out. In the event of any damage occur in the shipping process, immediately contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
We allow the customer to return unused, new merchandise ( same condition as it was purchased ) for a full refund within 8 days of purchase accompanied by the original receipt. We will be available through contacting us by calling the store (281) 235-4925 or reaching out to our customer service email in 10 business days. You will be eligible to get your refund. However, Supreme Jewelers will charge 25% restocking fee.
Before releasing your refund, Supreme Jewelers will inspect refunded item for any sign of worn, tear, and misuse.
